Ultralyte Extends Shelf Life

This video demonstrates how electrolyzed water can be used to extend shelf life. On the left is a flower in electrolyzed water, and on the right, tap water! Notice the dramatic difference after 10 days!

Garry Hopkins, CEO of IOOF comments on use of Ultralyte:

“We certainly are making great use of the Ultralyte and believe that it is vital component of what we do in order to ensure that our residents are living in an environment that is safely disinfected…

From our perspective, we believe that the product is essential in our minimizing outbreak infections and is a part of our IPAC measures…

I told XYZ about our conversation and he wanted me to express how this product has helped them to have a level of comfort about having their place safely disinfected. Everything that comes in… is ….. by Ultralyte. He raves about it. He is really fanatical about its use.”

Universities and Colleges/Sports and Athletics

The same health care issues that are of grave concern to nursing homes and hospitals are also dangerous for schools and daycares. Norovirus outbreaks and other pathogenic infections can be shared, on contact or via cross-contact objects, like pencils desks, bathrooms, and doorknobs, in an educational or sports setting.

Agriculture Canada Research

Dr. John Shi, PhD, Senior Researcher with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, with an Ultra-lyte systems. John is pre-eminent researcher in the field of ECA technology and its food and agricultural applications. John has demonstrated that ECA effectively removes pathogenic bacteria, such as Escherichia coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, and Salmonella sp., and hepatitis B virus and human immunodeficiency virus; with no adverse impact on the environment and no toxin-chemical residue in the end products. There is no change of the texture, appearance, color, flavour, taste of the food and material. As well, Ultra-lyte provides an extension of storage time and shelf life of fruits and vegetables. His work with ECA has focused on using ECA as a carcass wash, and fruit and vegetable wash.
